We all know about stress, and think the cause of stress is events around us, overworking, having too many things happening within our lives. Where does stress really begin?

Doesn’t stress relate to our ability to handle the many events and activities in life? What resources do we have to deal with our stress? We could eliminate many stressful elements in our lives, literally lock ourselves away, but is this a viable solution? We could take measures to block the signals of stress, giving us the illusion of calmness, but sooner or later that could lead to unfortunate results.
Dealing with Stress – Nutritionally
It’s difficult for us to get the real food value that fuels our cells today. The quality of our foods, even at their best are far less than 100 years ago. Take in account the additives to our foods that help preserve, color and give the texture and feel we like and the value of the food itself also decreases.
