Dangers of Energy Drinks
Energy Drinks have become common these days. Many have questioned the ingredients of some of those energy drinks. In a report on the safety of energy drinks the commonly reported adverse effects from the caffeine included insomnia, headaches, nervousness, and tachycardia. There has also been a connection between consumption of energy drinks and seizures.
The conclusion of the report states that there is little evidence that energy drinks have any beneficial effect, and as far as the “healthy additives”, those energy drinks do not contain enough of those ingredients to have any therapeutic effect.
What is of concern is the amount of sugar and caffeine in those energy drinks, especially in a society that has a serious problem with obesity, diabetes, and other physical and mental issues.
If we put down the energy drinks, even that coffee drink, is there any way to boost our energy in more natural way?
We could look at it like a race. Energy drinks are stimulants, giving you artificially produced bursts of “energy” much like a sprint. The problem with that it is not exactly kind to your system, and it does not sustain.
Natural energy is different. When we talk about natural energy we are talking about the kind of energy that does not “rev” you up. It is the real-deal, the energy that is created in the body by the body on a cellular level.
PXP is a source of natural energy. It is bio-ready food, which means it is natural energy that the body can use as fuel for its mitochondria production of ATP, which is the energy that your body creates so you can perform every physical function from thoughts to actions.
