What are cells? How do we get them Stronger and Healthier?
How do cells work, and what can we do to influence our cells and make them healthier? Many of our foods today are far removed from their original form, as well as their optimal nutritional content. Do we know what we are eating and the short and long term effects?
This video, a mix of english and spanish, brings many points about our foods and our need to demand quality.
It is known now that antibiotics contribute to the problem when it comes to the invasion of bacteria and viruses.
Genetically engineered foods also pose a problem, and the labeling of our foods does not give us a clear picture of what we are putting into our body.
One very important point that is not discussed in this video is that there are chemicals that are so similar to key chemicals are body needs that are readily accepted by our cells for their function, but those chemicals cannot and will not do what the cell needs, and so the cell fails to produce the energy we need. Are these genetically engineered foods giving us something that is close, something that falls short of providing the nutrition we need?
Thanks are given to those who produced this informative video!
This video is Dr. Kevin Lee’s explanation of how the cells work and what makes them a “healthy” cell. He talks about the functions fo the cells and how that affects our health. He also gives us information on how we can directly feed our cells to make them healthier and stronger.
Part II -What are cells? How do they Work? How do we get them Stronger and Healthier?
How much do we know about our present-day food and the sources of our nutrients? What does it get down to? It appears that we, individually, are the only ones who can assure that we are getting the nutrition we need.
This video is Dr. Kevin Lee’s explanation of how the cells work and what makes them a “healthy” cell. He talks about the functions fo the cells and how that affects our health. He also gives us information on how we can directly feed our cells to make them healthier and stronger.
Health – Revolutionizing Wound Healing – Zubair Ahsan
SanoBio is commercializing a novel therapeutic for the treatment of skin ulcers that initiates the body’s natural signaling mechanism for tissue repair, activating a myriad of downstream pathways for cellular proliferation and angiogenesis. Initial animal trials were conducted in genetically obese, diabetic mice. A one-time topical application of our peptide sequence caused a 5x decrease in wound closure time in the treated vs. untreated mice.
Your Genes Will Adapt To Your Beliefs
Dr. Bruce Lipton has brought us to a new level of understanding on the connection between our cells and our mind. Some of our beliefs in health and medicine, according to Dr. Lipton, are misguiding and carry us away from maintaining our own health.
How limited have we been in our common information? Are we controlled by our genes, or are we controlled by our perceptions and beliefs? 95 percent of us come into this world will healthy functional genes, yet many of us shift into health issues and illness. How strongly does our thoughts affect us beyond our mental level?
I love the statement made by Dr. Lipton, “now I live in heaven” after taking the steps to change his own thinking and living.
For almost fifty years we have held the illusion that our health and fate were preprogrammed in our genes, a concept referred to as genetic determinacy. Though mass consciousness is currently imbued with the belief that the character of one’s life is genetically predetermined, a radically new understanding is unfolding at the leading edge of science. Cellular biologists now recognize that the environment, the external universe and our internal physiology, and more importantly, our perception of the environment, directly controls the activity of our genes.
This video asks the primary question, “do genes make me who I am, and how much am I able to change?”
One of the key points made in this video: “Energy is involved in the healing process.”
Are You Missing The Most Essential Nutrient of All?
Glyconutrients are the plant source nutrients that our body is able to absorb to nourish our body. These sugars are the fuel for our cells, giving our mitochrondia the resources it needs to create the energy that moves our muscles as well as supports every function of our body.
Alfa PXP Forte gives us this fuel in a form that can be absorbed and transported to every cell of the body, providing an effective fuel for the cellular mitochondria to produce the life-supporting ATP energy.
You are already taking vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, but you may still be missing the most important nutrient of all?
Syndrome X and Trans Fats
Syndrome X – what is it, what causes this seemingly broad based syndrome, and what steps can we take to restore our optimum function? One cause of Syndrome X is trans-fats, and many are working diligently to remove trans-fats from our food. What other actions can we take to reserve Syndrome X? Our body has an amazing ability, by design, to heal itself, but it needs fuel to do anything. Giving our body the cellular level foods it needs to fuel our mitochondria in the production of cellular ATP energy is the focus in reversing and eliminating Syndrome X. Fuel translates to Energy which translates to the resources needed by the body to repair the damage done by the use of trans-fats in our fast foods and processed foods.
Check out this BabagaNewz Flash with Avi Gooday about Syndrome X. Avi explains how trans fats contribute to this new health crisis, the process of hydrogenation, and the Jewish point of view on the recent trans fat ban in NY city.
Biochemistry – Importance of Water
How important is water to our overall health? The Human body is comprised of more water than any other substance.
ATP Energy Production in the cell
Dr. Berger talks about ATP (Energy to power muscle contractions is released when oxygen combines with chemical compounds in the cell to produce Adenosine Triphosphate or ATP).
Amino Acids and Peptides
Taught by Professor George Wolfe, this lesson was selected from a broader, comprehensive course, Biology. This course and others are available from Thinkwell, Inc. The full course covers evolution, ecology, inorganic and organic chemistry, cell biology, respiration, molecular genetics, photosynthesis, biotechnology, cell reproduction, Mendelian genetics and mutation, population genetics and mutation, animal systems and homeostasis, evolution of life on earth, and plant systems and homeostasis.
